Overview
The 10Q series unbalanced cutting valve uses a top-oriented, pressure-unbalanced valve core, which is suitable for occasions with small pressure differences. The valve core and the surface of the valve seat are stabilized for long-term operation of the valve. For the cutting of the medium temperature and large pressure difference, we specially designed the dual valve core leakage pressure cutting valve for this. The inner part of this type of valve adopts a dual valve core structure and a flow control design. When the valve is turned on, open the small valve core first. The small valve core has a small area of power. Therefore, the force is less force to open. After the valve core is turned on, the pressure of the valve is released. Greatly reduced, as long as the force is made through a smaller execution agency, the large valve core can be turned on. This structure of the valve can well meet the cutting-off of high pressure differences.
