The single-stage cage-guided control valve is widely applied due to its good stability and easy maintenance. It can be designed as a balanced type, which eliminates most of the static unbalanced forces on the valve plug and provides a certain damping effect.
This reduces vibrations caused by fluid flow and allows for use in situations with relatively high-pressure differentials.
Optional multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator or electric actuator available.
